Back when I started writing HTML, in 1994, good books on it were few and far between (plus I didn't really even consider that), and online guides were pathetic, while the standards were what I looked at, but it seemed I would be lucky if 3/4 of it worked in browsers. That's why web standards are so important to me. Its also why I was lucky to learn how to read the standards from the very beginning. That isn't to say they are easy to learn the structure of, but its not impossible, and most people I feel get intimidated so much that they don't even bother. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
