RE: Suggestion: <term /> element, or associated elements revision

How about a "Dialog" or "Prompt" element as well? I'm definitely guilty of overusing div tags, and the most common time I use them is as a dialog/prompt. They could have a base CSS definition of, perhaps, position: absolute; margin: auto;
