==> <lang="en">

Why don't we add the <lang="en"> element in addition to
(now <lang> is an attribute)?
It will make the xhtml docs smaller.

examples:
[xhtml now] BuioOmega is a rockband
[my proposal] <lang="it">BuioOmega is a rockband

[xhtml now]     BuioOmega
[my proposal] in this case it can be written both
                BuioOmega the same]
and
                <lang="it">BuioOmega</lang>

What do you think?

Thank you for your attention :)
