Xframes Target Thank you!

Dear colleagues
	I just want to express my gratitude to the w3 authors for their work
on XFRAMES. I develop web sites in the third world where the Internet is
slow and use frames among others to delay the loading of not immediately
needed content by braking the site up into many small files, each loading
into a frame on demand. In HTML4 and XHTML1 Frames and Target were in
Transitional only and it looked as if they would be taken away from us (see
the discussion on "NapoleAnic" issues). As I understand it now, they will be
part of core XHTML2. I am so glad!
