The works on an HTML 3.0 spec that died off in mid 90'ies (a couple of major W3C members knows why that happened) had an <LH> (ListHeader) element defined for all of the DL, UL and OL list types. [1] It's amazing in a way to see that it has taken some 7-8 years for the idea to mature into yet another realistic suggestion. I support the idea of course, better it comes late than never.
