Hello, additionally to what Bjoern wrote (I agree 100% with him) tab browsing imho is of no concern for the Web but a single browser's feature. Although I like Mozilla, the W3C is not the institute to integrate a single browser's feature into the HTML standard when it is not of concern for the Web.
