I came across your post from the www-html@w3c.org bbs, but had no idea how

Attached are 2 links; one is a master css compatiblilty chart across all
major browsers (AOL and Opera included), the other addressess how each
borwser implements specific technologies. Between the two, I think you
should find the answers you are looking for.
