	not HTML, but height on table is a particular problem 
	because it is incompatible with incremental
	display, or, at least, requires the table to be 
	redrawn when it is complete. 
	 
	Although very few web authors appear aware of this, by
	using style sheets you can put Mozilla/NS6 or IE5+ into
	a state where column numbers and widths are fixed at the
	top of the table, thus avoiding the long delay, often seen
	with large tables, before all of the table is displayed.
