Detect the error

Please see the attached files and let me know what is the error in the 
".xml" document. when I run the attached file with the following tag:
            <!DOCTYPE itinerary SYSTEM "trip=dtd">
it gives error (the error is attached in "jpg" format).

While when I run without the above mentioned tag it runs. plz help me and 
tell me wuts the porblem.
