Background Properties

Greetings!  I have a client who has a background on her site that uses the
background properties="fixed" in the opening body tag.  It works beautifully
in Explorer but not in Netscape (4.7).  I was wondering if anyone knew how I
can get the background to saty fixed in one position that would work for
Netscape and Explorer.
