Is anyone in a position to explain the appearance on the W3C web site of a Candidate Recommendation entitled "Modularization of XHTML" dated 3rd October 2000 and the disappearance of that Candidate Recommendation (at least from public access) on 4th October 2000? Try: http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-xhtml-modularization-20001003 On 3rd October and early on 4th October that file could be accessed without the need for a password. It is now password protected. Similarly the headline on the front page of www.w3.org regarding the XHTML CR has been removed. Thanks in advance Andrew Watt
