HTML 4 standards

I am looking for a giude of standards that you see fit for HTML 4.  We here
at EMC are looking to redefine ours and would like to use the W3C standards
to help redefine.  So if you could please point me to a url where i could
find these current standards, that would be great or actually send me a soft
copy via email.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
