Another new tag idea

What would really be cool, and i could use alot in my designs, is a sub-attribute to the background property of pages, and tables. Something that you could specify the size, and location of the background image....so you could be like:
<body background="somebg.gif" bgsize="x,y" bglocation="x,y">

Any comments?
