ISO-HTML Class Attribute Erratum

The ISO/IEC 15445 Maintence Instructions specify, "Error notifications
should
be made via your national body or via a liaison organization such as the
World
Wide Web Consortium." So, Here it is. Are class attribute values seperated
by white space characters or by commas?

>From the ISO/IEC 15445 Standard
ftp://ftp.cs.tcd.ie/isohtml/15445.dtd
> "CLASS CDATA #IMPLIED -- Comma separated list of class
values --

>From the HTML4 Strict DTD
> class CDATA #IMPLIED -- space-separated list of
classes --

and as explained in the normative reference to ISO-HTML
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/global.html#adef-class

>class = cdata-list [CS]
>This attribute assigns a class name or set of class names to an element.
Any
>number of elements may be assigned the same class name or names. Multiple
class
>names must be separated by white space characters.
