Really exist this URL (dtd-file): http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-forms1/DTD/xhtml-xforms1.dtd

In the w3c working draft, 
XForms 1.0: Data Model
show this lines, and after detail the xforms code.

This lines in the IE5 may not function. And i have the last parser of microsoft SDK-3
Somebody can i help me!!!.
What dtd for xforms i have to use????
