Hi,
	I've an area in the browser which needs its own scrolbars.
	This is no problem with IE 4.x > by using <iframe>
	or <div style="overflow:scroll">.

	But netscape doesn't support the iframe tag,
	and the <div style="overflow:scroll"> does 
	not work (did I do something wrong?!)!?.. 
	Is there another possiblity for me to get an
	 area in the browser with  its own scrollbars?!

	I don't want to use the old frame techniqs
