Your poll has one flaw.  Supporting both cases is NOT an option.  XML
can not, does not, shall not, and may not support either case.  Voting
on that is like voting on the class gerbil's gender.

Collecting information on the preferences for which *single* case is
preferred is a useful service; thank you for setting this up.
