Hi Gabriel,

    Right now it's Internet Explorer 5.01 for it's support of CSS2 (most of the others support HTML pretty evenly) But IE doesn't support CSS2 fully (no shadowing, or img tag for cursors support), and hopes are that Netscape 5.0 will (if it ever comes out).
