<OBJECT> tag and embedding HTML

Hi all,

The HTML 4.0 spec defines an general tag for embedding media in a page -
the <OBJECT>.
I am trying to embed an HTML document into another (by specifying the
object type as "text/html").
It just doesn't seem to work (and believe me - I double checked the
syntax).
I am using Netscape Navigator 4.06

Is this a bug ? has netscape decided not to support this feature ?
