Complain to Netscape. You will just have to accept the fact that some browsers don't show the pretty CSS stuff. Someday that may change, let's hope. If your code is good, they will be able to read your page. When you get down to the facts, legible is much more important than pretty. Ask anyone that has a visual impairment.
