Complain to Netscape. You will just have to accept the fact that some
browsers don't show the pretty CSS stuff. Someday that may change, let's
hope. If your code is good, they will be able to read your page. When you
get down to the facts, legible is much more important than pretty. Ask
anyone that has a visual impairment. They will tell you in a flat minute
that they don't care what it looks like as long as they can read it.
