RE: Dates & Times

Windows 95 does this to a certain extent.  This is a very good idea.  One
would have to be careful not to make too many schemes or it could get very
confusing and possibly unusable.  I never thought about URI's pointing to
anything other than documents on the internet, but it sounds good.
