ahem.....slight correction....fr_CA is a locale designator designating
a locale using the French language and Canadian country-specific customs,
and can be found on ftp://dkuug.dk/i18n/WG15-collection/locales/fr_CA
If one is using RFC 1766 rather than pure ISO 639 to refer to languages,
fr-CA refers to the French language as spoken/written in Canada, without
any reference to other customs of computing in Canada.
The difference is slight, but occasionally important.
