I may be totally clueless here, but.. > SHAPE=RECT COORDS="0, 0, 50%, 100%" ... I think there is no real need for % values. The coordinates can always be given in absolute relative to the images real size, as is normal now. If client decides to scale the image, it is trivial to compute the new coordinates.
