New Working Draft: Positioning HTML Elements with Cascading Style Sheets

A new Working Draft, produced by the W3C HTML ERB has been released:

Positioning HTML Elements with Cascading Style Sheets

This is an intermediate draft for public comment; comments should be
sent to www-style@w3.org.

This document proposes to extend CSS to allow control of relative and
absolute positioning, and control of visibility (for example, pop-up
help etc). The document editor is Robert Stevahn of HP, and authors
included Scott Furman of Netscape and Scott Isaacs of Microsoft.
