|implementation before suggesting how to play around with it to the browser
|vendors. Does anyone agree with me, or are we all framoholics?

The positive flipside of the lack of a virtual beer, is that we avoid the 
virtual hangover, but FRAME as hastily implementated and deployed makes
me virtually queasy nonetheless.  I don't see why one would try to extend 
the declaration of BASE in the DTD with dependent functionality that itself 
not only hasn't been standardized, but is widely viewed as, if not brain-dead, 
intoxicated.
