In ftp://ftp.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-http-state-mgmt-05.txt,
section 10.1.2 there are some notes about quoting of "Expires" value in
cookies.

I did not read all of it, I just got curious about the "Expires" syntax (well,
that is another story... English date formats are not obvious to someone in
Sweden..., one might have used YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS instead :-) and searched for
that, but it seem to me that the author suggests the use of "Max-Age" instead
of "Expires"... maybe I'm wrong?
