RE: Netscape and <FRAMESET>

   There is one problem, at least in MSIE, the border is/could be OS
   dependant, and its size may never easily map into something usable... 
   HTML wasn't meant for perfect placing of items...

Not only that, but anyone who uses pixels as the basis for frames has
probably forgotten that the rest of the world does not necessarily
have the same equipment configuration as they do (that's about as
polite as I'll make it :-)

Use % not pixels.

   Oh, how I miss my Macintosh! :)

Unfortunately, the biggest offenders are probably Mac users whose
wonderful systems have deluded them into thinking everyone else has
one as well :-)
