What's even more bizarre is that the comment on the COORDS attribute still
mentions it:
<!ENTITY % SHAPE "(rect|circle|poly)">
<!ATTLIST AREA
...
coords %COORDS #IMPLIED -- always needed except for shape=default --
Which is the mistake (omission of default makes more sense to me, but the
comment is more likely to be out of date)?
