I happened to see a clear-cut and easy to correct error in the DTD for tables in RFC 1942, on page 27: > <!ELEMENT table - - (caption?, (col*|colgroup*), thead?, tfoot?, t > body+)> The final "t" character of the first line should have been the first letter of the word on the second line, "tbody". Note that this error does not occur on page 12, where this part of the DTD is quoted in the walkthrough. (Sorry, I can't refer to section numbers. There are no.) I know that the IETF doesn't keep any records of reported errors in RFCs. Would it be possible for the W3 Consortium to keep WWW pages detailing known errors in published HTML and HTTP specifications, including the RFCs? -- Olle Jarnefors, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) <ojarnef@admin.kth.se>
