Hi!

	Does anyone know where I can find information on (assuming it's a  
Netscapism) the FRAME and FRAMESET tags?  I've seen them used only 
a couple of times, and haven't found any reference to them in the 
usual online literature.  Suggestions?  Also, is Netscape the only 
browser to currently support this?  TIA!
