I thought Relay Web Traveller [1] - which is an HTML 3.0draft browser - did, but maths is on it's not yet implemented list because there is no current draft that covers maths. I suspect this reason goes for others, too. Symposia does do HTML 3.0draft, and it does maths, but I am not sure it uses the HTML 3.0 draft math. See a screen shot [2] of Symposia editing a copy of your personal home page [3]. Speaking of which, a wander round your web site did not turn up any pages using HTML 3.0draft.
