There is about a "pinky's" worth of vertical space from the bottom of the under construction gif down to the horizontal rule in that left column, and the page ends at that rule. I don't see a half screen's worth empty... I was all set to complain about it not fittin within my window width, but it turned out to be MSIE's awful "pre-rendering" of images not yet loaded (darn thing ignores height/width specifications... hey, you should include those even so!
