netscape cookies

Thanks to everybody who sent me information about cookies.
I have found that the problem was that Internet Explorer
was much more finicky about the date format than Netscape.
I was leaving out the time field.  The date must
be exactly like:

Wdy, DD-Mon-YYYY HH:MM:SS GMT
