I have receives personal response regarding my proposal for 
new syntax and I forward to the www-html@w3.org but didn't 
see it is being posted.    

The syntax is bascially propose for every new mark we embeded 
the tags as long as it fits. So a select tag could have 
image( I think it is there in HTML 3+)
