Netscape 1.1 DTD Specs?

Is there a DTD Specification document that shows which HTML 3.0 items are 
supported in 1.1 and what proprietary markups are available?

Does 1.1 fully support tables as specified in the March 28th IETF HTML 
3.0 DTD Specification?

Does 1.1 otherwise fully sport the HTML 2.0 specification?

Will there be a alpha or beta release of a browser that supports HTML 3.0 
and JAVA? Any idea when?
