www-html archived?

[Sorry for sending administrivia to the whole list, but
I tried sending this to www-html-request@info.cern.ch, but
that's a machine and it didn't grok.]

I like www-talk because I know it's archived, and I can go
follow old threads with the hypertext archive.

Will that service be available to this list?

p.s. The subscription acknowledgement did not contain any info
about (1) how to unsubscribe from the list, and (2) a FAQ, minimally,
some indication of what background materials are available that
folks should read before posting.
