a typo in the CURIE WGN: a version attribute on the head element

Hello!

There seems to be a typo in the XHTML+RDFa 1.0 code at
http://www.w3.org/TR/curie/#sec_4.2. (ending dot needed) which doesn't 
validate without removing the version attribute on the head element.
