DTD module not updated for lang attribute support?

Hi,

Unless I missed something, it looks like
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/xhtml-attribs-1.mod still doesn't list
"lang" as a valid attribute (whereas XHTML Basic 1.1 is now supposed to
allow for it).
