In <http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/interact/scripts.html#adef-defer> a "defer" attribute is defined. However, it is supposedly a "hint" so it is unclear what exactly the processing requirements are. Does the UA still need to parse the <script> element and execute it ignoring the attribute completely or is it supposed to parse the element and not execute it or execute it once the complete document is parsed?
