Hi,

I think there's an erratum in the errata page of HTML 4.0, namely on
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html4-updates/errata :

After "About this document" there are two links for different errata 
pages, namely one for the errata of HTML 4.0 and one for those from HTML 
4.01. However, both links are the same, and the second one points to the 
same page as the first one (rather than to the new errata page).
