[XHTML 2] Section 5.5 intersection of mime-types

Dear HTML Working Group

Section 5.5 says that "The user agent must combine this list with its own 
list of acceptable media types by taking the intersection"

Please clarify this to say that asterisks are expanded when considering the 
intersection, this is not clear currently, if I have assumed wrongly and it 
is a simple intersection of the unexpanded values, please change this to be 
an intersection of the expanded values.
