[XHTML2] Section 8.7 The pre Element Errata

Hi,
   In section 8.7 [1], there is a reference to CSS which has not been 
linked:
     “… according to the rules of CSS [CSS]. …”

The text “[CSS]” should be a link to the CSS reference in the references 
section.
