Hi, In http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-xhtml-modularization-20040218/ It refers to http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization as the latest version of the document, the referenced document however is not the latest version of the document. In http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-xhtml-modularization-20040218/schema_module_defs.html#a_module_XHTML_Common_Attribute_Definitions there is a BOM which should not be there, and in http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-xhtml-modularization-20040218/dtd_module_defs.html#a_module_XHTML_Base_Architecture you use a processing instruction <?IS10744:arch ...?> which, if included in a XML document, renders the document namespace-illformed; I am not sure whether this also applies to DTDs and the responsible Working Group did so far not respond to my request for clarification, but this is known to cause trouble in a number of XML processors and unless this processing instruction is absolutely vital to the success of XHTML M12N it should be renamed or removed. regards.
