  Various documents from the XHTML M12N SE WD appear to have an outdated
copyright statement, for example xhtml-copyright-1.xsd

  Copyright &#169;1998-2002 World Wide Web Consortium
  (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Institut National de
  Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique, Keio University).
[...]

Note the date and that ERCIM is the new european host since Jan 2003.
