Hi, In Appendix B of XHTML 1.1 [XHTML11], Namespace in XML [XMLNAMES] is described as an informative reference. But Modularization of XHTML [XHTMLMOD] is a normative reference of [XHTML11], and [XMLNAMES] is also a normative reference of [XHTMLMOD]. i.e. [XHTML11] +----------------- (informative) ---------------+--> [XMLNAMES] | | +-- (normative) --> [XHTMLMOD] -- (normative) --+ This is a little confused. Therefore, [XMLNAMES] as a reference of [XHTML11] should be changed to normative as well as of [XHTMLMOD].
