Thank you very much for your feedback. This is a good point. It's not
at all clear to me how these "/" characters disappeared. This is most
likely a publishing artifact. A point will be made to address this in the
next version. Thanks again!

I just realised that it's the Overview.html file from the tgz archive
that was wrong.
