Error in HTML 4.01 Spec

Hi,

	I've just noticed a couple of errors in the HTML 4.01 specification, in 
the style section. In the CSS examples on the page 
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/present/styles.html#h-14.2.3 you have 
border-width: 1; which I think is illegal CSS, as you have no unit (e.g. 
  'px'). This occurs in a all the examples in that section.
