Hello dear Sirs,

I think I found a typo in XHTML 1.0 symbol character entities [1]. The
typo is not corrected in XHTML 1.0 SE.

Here you are:

Line 27: <!ENTITY amp     "&#38;#38;"> <!--  ampersand, U+0026 ISOnum -->
Line 28: <!ENTITY lt      "&#38;#60;"> <!--  less-than sign, U+003C ISOnum -->

How come there's an additional "#38;" just after the quotes?
