Unlike IE, Netscape Navigator respects media type, and those entity sets are served as 'text/xml-external-parsed-entity' as defined in RFC 3023 [1], and Netscape Navigator doesn't support that media type by default. You may configure your browser to launch an external application (such as text editor) to view external parsed entities.
