Here are two comments on the Spec., whatever they are worth.
1. In Sect. 7.4.2 it is said that every HEAD section must have a TITLE
element. Yet Sect. 14.1 presents an example where this is not so.
2. The Contents listing of Chap. 15 is such that the entry for Sect.
2.1 ("Font style elements: ...") runs into, and prints over the page
number 199, at least in my DIN A4 printout.
